Internship - Bachelor - Master's thesis

Every year we offer students the opportunity to complete their internship and/or thesis within the I-care Group. In their final year of undergraduate studies, regardless of the length of the internship, each student actively and concretely participates in a real project to complete their undergraduate thesis. Thanks to their internship, many interns were offered a contract with I-care after graduation and are now proud employees of I-care. What internships and/or final projects can you expect to find with us? 

We initially look at your needs and the requirements imposed by your school, and can work out a tailor-made project where you can sink your teeth in (alone or as part of a team). Within the portfolio of our services, you can find a nice subject from a very practically oriented internship to a solely theoretical study. For example: 

- Analyze and evaluate maintenance activities and production losses at our customers with predictive techniques such as vibration measurements, infrared, ultrasonic, etc.

- Analyze and implement improvement measures in manufacturing organizations to improve the reliability of their machinery, reduce costs and increase production capacities

- Learning to use the standard toolbox of a reliability engineer, including building a functional hierarchy, tree structure, rcm, FMEA, plant maintenance optimization, etc.

- Root cause analysis of a recurring problem for which a solution has not yet been found. 

Who are you? 

- Looking for an internship and/or thesis in the world of predictive maintenance, reliability or maintenance 4.0

- Interested in designing, implementing and leading improvement projects

- A strong interest in technology, engineering and their innovative application in the manufacturing industry

- A healthy dose of communication skills and a love of working with like-minded colleagues and clients
