We are specialists in Belgium in 3 major divisions, Aertssen Infra, Aertssen Cranes, Aertssen Transport and Logistics. We take care of the most diverse projects! In addition to our activities in Belgium, we have also been a fixture in the Middle East for some 15 years. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• As an intern site manager, you will help oversee the practical follow-up of work on our sites.
• Together with your mentor you will be in charge of the daily management on the sites, concretely this means you will help organize, coordinate & control.
• You are attentive to site administration and attend site meetings.
• You will report to the project leader and manager.
• You watch over employee safety in collaboration with your QESH colleagues. You implement QESH actions at your site.
• You are the contact person for questions from internal colleagues, external parties, customers, ...
• Finally, you watch over the quality of the final result and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Master's degree engineering students with a passion for contracting are also welcome!
• As a site manager, you are flexible and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality.
• You are a born leader and want to develop your people skills.
• You have an eye for quality and strive for results.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French.
• You have a thorough knowledge of Word and Excel.
