Project Management

In this position you will support the project manager of the project where necessary and help with the preparatory tasks for the project (work preparation, project management). There are opportunities in various regions, as our projects can be found all over Belgium. Together we will try to find a project that appeals to you in terms of content and location. 

As Project Manager Construction at Cordeel Belgium, you are the director of our pioneering projects. You bring building dreams to life, from structural work to the final finishing touches. As the figurehead of our team, you are always one step ahead of our clients, building not just buildings, but lasting relationships and a bright future.

• As a project manager, you are responsible for the complete project management of your assigned site or sites;
• For this position, we are looking for someone to follow up on the project from structural work to completion;
• Site regions vary across Flanders & Brussels;
• You will be employed from our headquarters in Temse and go to the site one two to three days a week;
• You accurately monitor all construction activities. In doing so, you always take into account the quality and safety policy;
• You will be responsible for planning, financial follow-up, contact with subcontractors, preparation and negotiation of contracts, ... The entire project from A to Z.
• You will be the direct customer contact and report to the Technical Director on a regular basis.
