Site Supervisor

In this position, you will bring our vision to life and help build our challenging projects. You are the key to success, with every detail passing through your hands. You are the bridge between our team and the construction manager, connecting the 'i' to bring each project to a wonderful conclusion.

As an intern site manager, you will combine technical ingenuity with organizational talent, and you will be as adept at managing social documents as you are at maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your reports to the project manager will provide the crowning glory for our team.

Your impact:

• ?️ E xecutive Management: You manage the day-to-day operations on site, from planning to completion. You make sure everything runs smoothly.
• ? Stakeholder Management: You maintain strong relationships with the construction owner, subcontractors and suppliers.
• • ? Insertion and Dimensioning: You will ensure the accurate insertion and dimensioning of the works.

• ? Project management: You organize, monitor and control the execution of works, both of your own staff and subcontractors. You lead and motivate your team. Under your supervision, everyone works safely and efficiently toward the common goal.

• ? Administration and Reporting: You will manage social documents, keep daily reports and a diary of works, and communicate closely with the human resources department.

• ? Quality Control: You will monitor all quality aspects and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• ?️ M aterial Management: You will manage equipment and materials on site and coordinate with internal departments such as the precast department, metal department, joinery and maintenance services.
• ? Communication and Coordination: You will liaise with the builder and designers, supervise preliminary and final acceptance items, and attend site meetings.
• ? Reporting: You will report directly to the project manager on progress and any challenges.
