Internship Work Planner / Site Manager (Belgium)

During your on-site internship, you will have the opportunity to assist a Work Planner or Site Manager in his/her daily missions to learn your future profession in a family and friendly environment!

Your missions:

• Participate in defining and developing schedules and work execution methods;
• Organize and coordinate daily execution of works and manage workers;
• Follow up with subcontractors (planning, progress statuses, financial tracking) and suppliers (orders and deliveries of materials, logistics, financial tracking);
• Proactively participate in site meetings;
• Keep records of the construction project; 
• Ensure the quality of work execution and safety on site.

What if you were BESIX's next talent?

• You are pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree - civil/industrial structural engineer, architectural engineer, electromechanical engineer;
• You wish to do an internship on one of our sites in Belgium (buildings, civil works, maritime works);
• Your internship period must be a minimum of 4 full weeks (preferably from 6 full weeks). Please indicate your internship period upon application;
• You speak Dutch/French and have good knowledge of English;
• You are analytical, autonomous and driven;
• You are communicative, you like to take initiative and you are a real team player;
• You are flexible and proactive towards potential problems and challenges.
