As manager of the department, my days are mainly filled with internal and external stakeholders, working out strategy, coaching managers who report to me, giving direction to the team, attending steering committees, stimulating and taking decisions, ... Required skills: problem solving, people management, operational excellence, stakeholder management, ... and this combined with knowledge and experience in the field of infrastructure and asset management.
